I've lost 6lbs this past month. I also wanted to share my latest favorite treats!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream from The Dashing Dish and an altered version of that ice cream I came up with for Chocolate Ice Cream.
Chocolate Ice Cream (FP)
serves 2 but I find it makes more like 3 servings for me.
1 C unsweetened almond milk*
1/2 C Non fat Cottage cheese
1/2 C 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
3 TBS Cocoa powder
2 TBS Truvia
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe dish and cover. Freeze stirring a few times until it reaches the consistency you want. It needed about 2 1/2 hours in the freezer to get to the consistency in the picture below.
* I used 30 calorie unsweetened Silk brand almond milk
205 calories, 4g fat, 13.5g net carbs, 30.5g protein
102.5 calories, 2g fat, 6.75g net carbs, 15.25g protein
