Pinecone Elves
My mother-in-law made some pinecone elves last Christmas after seeing them in a Martha Stewart magazine. On Halloween we went over to her house and while the boys, hubby and father-in-law went bowling we passed out candy and made pinecone elves!
Aren't they cute!?! They are just pine cones, wood beads, pipe cleaners, felt & hot glue! The Santa head was already made. Mother-in-law bought a small container of them at a craft show a while back.

Very cute! These are very fun to make, too! I made pinecone elf carolers, skiers and even a tiny baby one using a similar color of pony bead for a head and piece of felt for a blanket. :)
