Pottery Barn Number Art

Number art was the thing a while ago.  I have no idea if it's still in now or not.  I made my Pottery Barn knock off number art  May of 2012 and just never got around to taking a picture of it!

That was my inspiration to make it!

I found a scrap piece of thin plywood and stained it Early American color by Minwax.
After it was completely dry I added the numbers I cut out of drawer liner paper.  I peeled the backing off and stuck it to the plywood then spray painted over the entire board! After the paint dried I then clear coated it with water based poly. After about 5 coats of that I placed the board inside a frame I already had and hung it on the wall.
