Pumpkin Chai Tea

I came up with this version of pumpkin chai tea after seeing many versions of it on Pinterest.

Pumpkin Chai Tea (FP)

4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or plain unsweetened & add vanilla if you want)
2 C water
4 tea bags (I used 2 black & 2 oolong)
1 1/2 tsp Chai spice*
2 tbsp truvia
4 tbsp pumpkin

I brought 2 cups of water to a boil in the microwave and steeped the tea bags for about 10 minutes.  While that was steeping I added the rest of the ingredients to my crockpot.  I set it on high.  Once the tea was ready I poured that in and gave it all a good whisk.  Let it cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.  Serve with whip cream if desired!

  2. Hello! This sounds so warm and inviting! Will this hold in the fridge! I'd be the only one stinking it :)

    1. I'm sure it would for a day or two. Just reheat it when you want to drink it.
