New Door Knob

Our old front door knob wasn't working as well as it used to.  It was hard to get your key back out of the deadbolt and the door wasn't closing easily no matter how much you sprayed it.  Spraying would help for maybe an hour then it was back to not closing at all unless you turned the knob and pushed hard.

With the new door knob in it closes so easily!  I'm loving it.  I need to sand the door down some then fix the stain on it after we fill the hole from the old door knob.  Why can't those things be universal???

You can see where the old door handle screwed into the door.  We'll just fix that then restain the door.
