1 cup circle tater tots (if I had more I would have used the entire package)
1 dozen eggs whisked
1 package bratwursts cooked and sliced (I used 6 brats)
3 slices texas toast bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
optional: onions, mushrooms, bell peppers
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut up bread into cubes place into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Add tater tots, whisked eggs, cooked brats. Add in the optional ingredients if you want to use them. Top with the shredded cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook at 400 for about 30 mins until eggs are cooked through and lightly browned on top.
